Patch for Money Freezing Hacks in GTA 5
Rockstar North has developed a new patch to fix the money hack problem in GTA 5 Online. On the 22nd April, Cinema Blend reported that the team at Rockstar North removed the creator beta option from the GTA 5 menu so that they could apply the new patch onto the server. After the application of the patch, the content creation mod has return back to the game. With the money freezing hack, players don’t have to use the money in their accounts to purchase stuff at the GTA online. The content creator mod enables the players to create Deathmatch jobs. This glitch has been included in the latest title update. The new patch will prevent the glitch from working on the GTA 5 game. The screenshots on top, which was taken from the official Twitter page of Rockstar Games, offer a glimpse on the user created jobs. Rockstar North has not yet revealed the penalties that they plan to carry out on players who cheat in the game. Previously, they attempted to remove all the illicit cash in the players’ accounts. They have also put players whom they suspected of cheating in the cheater’s pools. Players who were involved in more serious cases were suspended from the GTA 5 Online for a lifetime. The official statement from the Rockstar Support page concering the removal of the content creator feature in the GTA 5 menu can be found at the below. The development team is doing their best to follow up on the new hacks that are released by the hackers in GTA 5 and GTA online. Rockstar North previously fixed the glitch that enables hackers to change the cash payout in the heist mission and vehicle copies hacks in GTA 5 Online cheats. Rockstar Games has been generating a lot of profits from the sale of micro transaction DLC cards, which allow players to transfer real money into their accounts. Rockstar North needs to tackle with every single money hack because they could have negative impacts on them if they ignore the issue. They have already generated a lot of profits from selling the GTA 5 game as more than 32.5 millio copies of the game were sold within a period of 7 months. There is also a rumor that they will be releasing the PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game soon. If they release the PC and next generation versions, there will be a significant boost in the number of players in the GTA Online. Rockstar Games is performing some updates on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 at the moment. They also plan to launch new DLC packs for the single player and multiplayer GTA 5 Online.
New Mod Change Los Santos Highway into a Race Track Speedway in PS3 and Xbox 360 Versions of GTA 5
GTA 5 Online is being hacked with yet another mod. On the 20th February, Kotaku reported that one player managed to change the codes in the game files, which has caused errors to arise in the road traffic in the city of Los Santos. The Carmageddon mod transformed the highway of Los Santos into a race track speedway. The slideshow on the left provides some screenshots on the effects of the Carmageddon mod. There are some requirements that hackers need to follow in order to make it work in the game. To implement the mod, you need to use a hacked Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 console. This mod cannot work on the GTA Online. Rockstar North hasn’t make any announcement on how they plan to tackle with the mod for the single player version of GTA 5. They seemed to be putting more efforts in fixing the mod in the GTA Online. They had developed a few patches to fix the mod while carrying out maintenance on the server to put an end to the money hack problems in the GTA 5 Online. More than 32.5 copies of the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game have been sold ever since it was launched on the 17th September in the past year.
